Founded my plumbing company in 2004 with a $3500 dollar loan and built in into one of the most recognized brands in Wyoming and a leading contractor in the Rocky Mountain region. During my tenure, our company grew from the tiny one man shop in my garage to 14 million in revenue and 95 employees by 2014. During this time I purchased and Integrated 4 other plumbing companies and an hvac company Into our business. Our rapid growth and forward thinking led to multiple national, regional and local awards . Including Plumbing and Mechanical magazine’s best contractor to work for in 2013. That cover story kicked off my mentoring and consulting career and helped me discover a new love for helping other be successful. Since then and through mentorship programs within my plumbing company I’ve helped close to 20 others become entrepreneurs and new owners, high level managers and inspectors. In 2024 I stepped away from the company I founded to pursue my passion of helping others.
